Forced you to play in 24hz

Like alot of people after installing the amazing patch 1.9 and dx11 high resolution packages I was forced to play in 24hz!

Platform: Windows PC
Game: Crysis 2
Bug: Forced to play in 24hz
Fix: Yes

How to fix:
Step 1: Open the game
Step 2: Go to Options>Graphics
Step 3: Change the “Full Screen” option to “No”
Step 4: Restart the game
Step 5: As soon as you see the CryEngine logo hit “ALT+Enter”

The game should now change to 1600×1200@60hz and then to 1920×1080@60hz
